
April is Donate Life Month!
Donate Life Month is celebrated to:
-give HOPE to the more than 100,000 men, women and children waiting for an organ transplant,
-HONOR organ, eye and tissue donors,
-REMEMBER those that died waiting for their second chance at life, and
-CELEBRATE the patients who received the gift of life through transplantation.

The public is encouraged to wear blue and green and to engage in sharing the Donate Life message and promoting the importance of registering as an organ, eye and tissue donor.

April 19-25th - National Pediatric Transplant Week
April 20th - Volunteer Appreciation Day
April 30th - Donor Remembrance Day
