
April is Donate Life Month!
Donate Life Month is celebrated to:
-give HOPE to the more than 100,000 men, women and children waiting for an organ transplant,
-HONOR organ, eye and tissue donors,
-REMEMBER those that died waiting for their second chance at life, and
-CELEBRATE the patients who received the gift of life through transplantation.

April 5-12th - Blue & Green Spirit Week
April 5th - Volunteer Appreciation Day
April 6th - Create Donate Life Rocks
April 7th - Donate Life Flag Raising Day
April 8th - Send a Message of Hope & Thanks
April 9th - Thank your Healthcare Heroes
April 10th - Donate Life Chalk
April 11th - National Donate Life Blue & Green Day
The public is encouraged to wear blue and green and to engage in sharing the Donate Life message and promoting the importance of registering as an organ, eye and tissue donor.
